We take your business very seriously. We realize that we are often viewed as an extension of your office and our conduct reflects on you as a professional. To show our commitment, we are members in good standing in the following Associations and Organizations:

• United States Process Servers Association (USPSA)

We also feel it is important to be active in and support our local economy. We are members of the following:

• The Greater Des Moines Partnership
• Clive Chamber of Commerce
• Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce

Although there is no licensing requirement for process servers in Iowa, we are continually learning and keeping updated on changes in the industry.  When we send papers outside of Iowa for service, we only use servers who meet the requirements to serve process in their states, including licensing when applicable.

Attorney’s Choice LLC is fully insured with a Commercial General Liability Policy covering Professional Errors and Omissions. Although we have never had to use it, we have proper coverage in place in case a need arises.
